The house, screened porch, patio and grounds are a unique venue for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, reunions, birthday parties and other special occasions. Our large dining table seats up to 14 comfortably and makes a great place to entertain guests or host a meeting. Indoor dinners can accommodate up to 40 people in the living room.
Our large, modern kitchen is great for catering and includes:
- full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker & freezer drawer
- induction range, wall oven & convection microwave
- stainless farmhouse sink & dishwasher
- coffee bar area (Keurig & regular coffee pot)
We have several rental packages to fit any budget and occasion.
Magnolia Package – $1,500
- 3 day/2 night rental
- includes rental of all 4 bedrooms, house & grounds
- tables, chairs and all other rental items not included
Nandina Package – $1,000
- 2 day/1 night rental
- includes rental of all 4 bedrooms, house & grounds
- tables, chairs and all other rental items not included
Daylily Package – $500
- full day rental (5+ hours)
- includes the main floor living areas & outside grounds
Ivy Package – $250
- ½ day rental (4 hours or less)
- includes the main floor living areas only
- not available for wedding receptions
